When you don't understand medicalese… We are happy to provide you with informed practical guidance, in depth explanations and thorough evaluations of your current medical diagnoses and treatments in ways you can easily understand and follow. That's right, medical information and knowledge in plain language - no medicalese necessary! Many patients find their regular doc has so little time or so little perspective that it's too easy to get lost between the Latin words and the many different prescription drugs they've been prescribed. Many patients have gone searching for answers and have found great communities on the internet. Sometimes, though, there's a recirculation of medical advice via the internet that may not be applicable for your individual concerns, and it can, in some cases, be harmful. That's why we offer e-Health Counseling. We want to enable you so you can understand the implications of your individual health circumstances and make informed choices with your health. As a licensed Naturopathic Physician I can diagnose, prescribe and treat patients in the State of Washington. I've met many people hungry for clarification and guidance with their health, so if they can't see me in Seattle we set up a phone or skype consult. My goal is to help as many people as I can, wherever they are, responsibly, compassionately and economically. If it's complicated or you want more specific suggestions or advocacy we'll ask you to schedule an online or phone appointment. We offer health counseling on a time basis, and to make the best use of this time it's best to supply us with as much background information as possible. Lab results, imaging and medical reports can be faxed to us from you or your health provider. However, for us to accommodate receipt you must get preauthorization from us so that we can take every measure to ensure secure receipt.
